How long will it take to build my new home?
Typically we can deliver your new home within six months from the Purchase Agreement date.
Do you have homes ready to move into?
Knowing some folks don’t have the luxury of time, we try hard to always have Available Homes under construction for a quicker delivery date.
Can I choose my kitchen appliances?
We offer a wide variety of GE Appliances in the Design Gallery. However, we’ll be happy to work with you to make sure you find what you’re looking for.
Can I change or add to your floor plans?
Our home plans are custom designed to maximize curb appeal, functionality and livability. With that said, we’re always open to new ideas and plan improvements!
Can I add extra storage space in the attic?
We offer floored storage, square footage and investment amount varies per plan.
Can I add an outdoor fireplace?
Yes! Outdoor living provides additional space to entertain and enjoy the four seasons!
